Cathy Weist is Co-Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Alpha Wave.

Prior to joining Alpha Wave, Cathy was a partner in the London office of Schulte Roth & Zabel, a New York based law firm, and worked in the New York and London offices of the firm from 2007 to 2020. While at Schulte Roth & Zabel, Cathy's practice focused on private funds, corporate transactions and regulatory compliance. Cathy also practiced as a corporate associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP.

Cathy is admitted to the bar in New York and holds a B.S. in Communication from the University of Utah and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
